Boston Summer 2009
Teachers who participated in the Teaching American History grant were treated with a field study trip to Boston, Massachusetts.  The cities of Boston, Salem, Cambridge, Lexington and Concord have preserved its past to enlighten present and future generations about America's beginnings.  On this field study trip we toured Faneuil Hall Marketplace, the Freedom Trail, Salem....the city known for its fascination with the Salem Witch Trials, Lexington and Concord....sites of Revolutionary War Battles, Harvard, the U.S.S Constitution....the oldest commissioned Warship and other Historic sites.

Cougar Pride (Class of 2008)
To my homeroom students (Vanessa, Yvonne, Victoria, Yesenia, Elizabeth, Kristina, Brenda, Sintia, Jacky and everyone): You help me create a set of values for my classroom, which contributed to my success.  We won the PRIDE contest
(P-Perfection...R-Respect....I-Intelligence....D-Determination....E-Excellence) because of you.  Although, I was your HR teacher for one year... the energy (sometimes laziness) you brought every morning was more than enough to help start my day the right way. Peace.
